Broadcaster SCA has appointed Dave Box head of agency and digital sales for the Brisbane market.
Box, who has been with SCA since 2016, steps into the role after two years as LiSTNR digital group sales manager, where he oversaw agency and digital sales teams across Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.
Prior to that, he held several commercial leadership roles within the business, including four years as TV group sales manager.
Before joining SCA, Box spent seven years in senior agency roles at Carat and Mitchell & Partners. He brings more than 15 years of experience across media and agency sectors in Brisbane.
In his new role, Box will lead the agency and digital audio sales strategy for the Brisbane market, with a focus on growing SCA’s Total Audio offering.
Box said the appointment comes at a time of opportunity for digital audio.
“The calibre of content and innovation coming from SCA and LiSTNR positions us better than ever to partner with brands and agencies in delivering high-quality work that drives meaningful results,” he said.
Brisbane head of sales, Carla Mathisen, said Box’s confidence, fairness, and positive demeanour make him a trusted leader and valuable asset to the business.
Box stepped into the role this week.
